Exciting contemporary botanic garden with organic flowing network of paths which lead visitors through collections of Mediterranean flora, rare native, useful plants (incl European and Chinese herbs) and those that illustrate plant evolution. Large floral displays illustrating pollination/flowering plant evolution. Glasshouses, home to giant Amazon waterlily, tropical fruit and medicine plants, orchids, cacti and unique sacred lotus collection. Open at other times by arrangement.

Special tours of garden throughout day A science exhibit hosted by PhD students from the School of Biological Sciences explains some of the pioneering work being undertaken into how insect pollinators select flowers and how flowers use a variety of features to attract pollinators.
