Each week we take a classic dish and side, take you through how to make them, before you get cooking them yourself! We give you tips and variations, serving suggestions, presentation ideas, as well as recipe cards so you can make them all again from scratch at home for yourself or to impress friends and family! At the end of the workshop you can sit down and tuck into your delicious meal. Skills covered include meat preparation, vegetable preparation, knife skills, sauce making and cooking techniques. Feel free to bring along a bottle to enjoy as you cook!
